Step 1. Contact us at info@guinesstech.com or call 231-796-8771 to get started.
Step 2. Guiness Tech will work together with you to assess your training needs.
Step 3. Based upon your 'Needs Assessment', Guiness Tech will then develop a customized training program and submit the training course outline(s) for your approval.
Step 4. We will work together with you to further define and refine these outlines if necessary. The outlines are still flexible at this point as time schedules, materials and equipment availability will now be a consideration.
Step 5. A quote will be attached to the finished training course outline(s) and submitted for your final approval.
Step 6. Once you have approved and accepted the finished outlines and agreed to the quote, we can discuss the training schedule dates and times that will work best.
Step 7. Guiness Tech will then deliver training at your facility with your machines, molds, and materials.
Step 8. After completion of all training, Guiness Tech will invoice you and provide a summary of the training results. Certificates of Completion will be issued to all participants.
